The things every BMW owner asks first.

Will this void my engine warranty?

No. Unlike stage-1 engine tunes, this process never touches your Engine Control Unit (DME). It's a pure body-domain (BDC) feature patch. It will not trigger DME flash-counter flags at the dealership.

What if the dealer updates my car's software?

If a dealer flashes your software during service and wipes the patch, we re-inject the activation for free, or for a nominal €20 server fee, for as long as you own the vehicle.

Is any hardware installation required?

No hardware bypasses or extra fobs hidden in your dash. This uses 100% native factory code routines already built into your car.

How long does the whole appointment take?

Usually 20–30 minutes end-to-end: a few minutes to connect the cable, then 15–20 minutes of remote patching while you wait.

Do you support non-European or US-spec BMWs?

Our standard process targets EU-spec G/F-Series cars. US-spec models are often different. Message us your VIN and we'll confirm before you order.
